There are many reasons why you may want to have B&W Brake Repair and Return your disc brake calipers. You may own a collector vehicle such as a Corvette with all matching part numbers. You may own an exotic vehicle and have an immediate need for brakes and can not wait on normal replacement delivery time. Or, you may have purchased a conversion kit and have absolutely no idea of which disc brake caliper you need - but you know the one in the kit works just fine on your vehicle.
You first need to make certain that the disc brake caliper you want repaired is indeed repairable. You may visually inspect the disc brake caliper core and make sure there are no cracks in it. Check the bleeder valve to ensure that it is not broken off. (This is not an absolute end to the repair - but plan on it costing additional funds as these are hard to get out.) Check to ensure that there is no rotor scoring on the core. And, you must have the piston(s) still in the core.
If the core is repairable -- use the phone numbers above to request a price quote on your disc brake caliper repair and return.
Anticipate your repair and return service running 1 to 2 times the price of simply using other disc brake calipers to fix your brakes.
Thanks for considering this repair and return option ...
